SOO YES THIS MORNING IM FEELING A LITTLE SORE BUT NOTHING BAD OR ANYTHING
FEELING A BIT TIRED BUT GOOD NONETHELESS .. I TRIED GETTING UP THIS MORNING TO DO THE CARDIO THIS MORNING .. BECAUSE I PREFER TO DO THESE WORKOUTS IN THE MORNING AND GET IT OUT OF THE WAY :( UNFORTUNATELY THAT DID NOT HAPPEN .. HOWEVER IM GOING TO CONTINUE WITH EVENINGS UNTIL WEEK 2 SOO AFTER MY DAY OF REST ON SUNDAY ILL START FRESH IN THE MORNING .. MONDAY MORNING. :) WISH ME LUCK!
MY EATING TODAY IS GOING REALLY WELL .. ONCE I START TO WORK OUT MY EATING AUTOMATICALLY FALLS INTO PLACE, BECAUSE I DONT WANT ALL MY HARD WORK TO BE IN VAIN.
