i hate legs day. Seriously. Hate it. No questions asked, by far the worst out of all the days. I would rather do the Yoga dvd twice then do legs day.

- Supper: turkey tomato wrap with soya cheese & lettuce
- Afternoon Snack: banana 6 crackers
- Lunch: fried fish, steam veggies and fried plantain
- Morning Snack: atkins protein bar (120 calories 1 gram sugar)
- Breakfast: 3 strips turkey bacon and 3 eggs whites
What Manda Ate Today
- Supper: Ginger Chicken Stirfry with Brown Rice
- Afternoon Snack: Yogurt
- Lunch: Lean Cuisine Grilled Vegetable and Goat Cheese Panini
- Morning Snack: Fresh Strawberries
- Breakfast: Bolthouse Perfectly Protein Vanilla Chai and 1 slice of PC Blue Menu Oatmeal Bread with Just Peanuts Peanut Butter
