Simone and Manda met in college in Ottawa, ON, Canada. While Simone has moved back to her native Trinidad, Manda remains in Canada.

Together they are about to undertake the most difficult 3 months of their entire life together...only...while residing in different countries.

SIMONE - DAY 3 & 4

SOO I HAVE LOTS TO DO .. WORK WISE SOO IM COMBINING THIS POST :)

YESTERDAY WAS GOOD I WAS VERY PROUD OF MYSELF EATING WISE .. THERE WAS A BIRTHDAY IN THE OFFICE SOO CAKE AND SODAS SHARING AROUND .. AND I DIDNT TAKE ANY !!! OMG THAT TOOK SOO MUCH WILL POWER! AS I WAS CRAVING SOME SWEETNESS. ANYWAY AFTER MY CARDIO THE DAY BEFORE AND CORE THE FIRST DAY, YOU KNOW THEY SAY IT TAKES TWO DAYS TO START FEELING A BIT SORE .. AND I DEF WAS FEELING SORE ON WEDNESDAY .. BUT NOT UNBEARABLE :) THE KIND U CAN BOAST ABOUT .. HEY IM WORKING OUT LOL

ANYWAY I WENT HOME WEDNESDAY FEELING REALLY TIRED .. IM SOO GOING TO SWITCH TO DOING THIS IN THE MORNINGS WHEN I HAVE MORE ENERGY .. THIS EVENING THING IS KILLING ME .. IM EVEN MORE INCLINED TO WORK OUT ON EVENINGS ONCE I DO A MORNING WORK OUT HOWEVER ITS VERY HARD TO DO P90X WORK OUTS IN THE EVENING AND WAKE UP EARLY THE NEXT DAY .. ITS SUPER HARD FOR ME ESP WITH PCOS WHERE FATIGUE IS A SYMPTOM .. DAMN U. BACK TO THE POINT I TACKLED THE SHOULDERS AND ARMS WORK OUT FIRST AND DID WELL .. WEIGHTS ARE NEVER TOO MUCH OF A PROBLEM BUT I PREFER CARDIO WORK OUT I FEEL MORE ACCOMPLISHED FOR SOME REASON ... AND I SWEAR WAYYYYYYYYY MORE. BUT I DID WELL 15 REPS FOR EACH EXERCISE WITH 5LBS WEIGHTS AND NO MANDA I DIDNT DO THE BONUS EITHER IM NOT GOING TO DO until month 2 lol

AB RIPPER FOLLOWED I DID SOO WELL UNTIL THE V ROLL UPS AND THEN I STARTED TO FALL APART I DID EVERYTHING UP UNTIL THERE AND THEN TOOK A MINI BREAK ... BUT FINISHED STRONG WITH THE MASON TWISTS I LOVE THAT! :)... I SLEPT LIKE A BABY AND MADE PROMISES TO WAKE UP THIS MORNING TO DO MY WORK OUT BUT ONCE AGAIN WAS TOO TIRED SOO THIS EVENING IT IS ... NEXT MONDAY .. MORNING WORK OUTS FOR SURE.


DAY 4:

TODAY IS THURSDAY AND WELL I FEEL GOOD AND LOOKING FORWARD TO THE WORKOUT TODAY .. WAIT I THINK ITS YOGA ISNT IT? EWWWWWWNESSSSSS I HATE THIS ONE .. 1 HOUR AND HALF OF YOGA .. VERY PAINFUL FOR ME ,,, ANYWAY IM GOING TO GRIND MY TEETH AND DO THE DAMN THING :( .. MY LEAST FAV DAY :(


I HAD A GOOD BREAKFAST AND ALREADY PUTTING IN THE WATER AND GATORADE ... MUCH LOVE MANDA AND IM VERY PROUD OF U!!!
