DAY 10:
SOO YESTERDAY UNFORTUNATELY I COULD NOT WORK OUT :( I KNOW IT WAS NOT PLANNED I HAD TO WORK LATE PLUS I HAD A DEADLINE FOR A PRIVATE CLIENT .. AND BY THE TIME I FINISHED EVERYTHING .. I WAS TOTALLY TIRED ... I WILL DEF MAKE UP FOR IT TODAY AND YOGA IT OUT AND ADD AN EXTRA MINI RUN AND PROLLY DO THE AB RIPPER TODAY AS WELL.
I GUESS I CANT BEAT MYSELF UP TO MUCH ABOUT MISSING IT .. WORK HAD TO COME FIRST ...
ANYWAY I ATE WELL YESTERDAY AND DRANK LOTS OF WATER SOO THIS IS JUST A MINOR SETBACK
DAY 11:
TODAY I FEEL TIRED .. I THINK MY BODY IS MISSING THE P90X SOO I FEEL EXTRA TIRED .. BUT ALL THE WORK PROBABLY DIDNT HELP .. I WILL HAVE ALOT OF ENERGY THIS EVENING FOR MY WORK OUT. ILL MAKE U PROUD MANDA DESPITE MY SETBACK YESTERDAY
